Derek of T3 - Candidate for Governor

Derek discusses his speech to the Federalist Party Convention in his campaign for Governor of Boys State. His approach - a common one - is to have two speeches prepared and use whichever one seems more appropriate at the moment. Often times, candidate speeches take a humorous turn, and one comical speech starts an avalanche. Derek, appreciating this, has both a straight version and a bit of comedy. The trick, though, is whether to buck the avalanche, or run out in front. (and, yes, we do have a clip of his speech)
